Introduction

2. Account Registration and Verification
Each player may hold only one account on tk669. You must provide accurate, complete and current information at registration. tk669 is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information you provide.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
tk669 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard and USDT cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. All transactions are subject to the processing times and limits applicable to each payment method.
Deposit Rules
All deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. tk669 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts under any circumstances. Deposits are credited upon confirmation from the payment provider. tk669 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or mobile network operator.
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. tk669 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Withdrawals may be delayed pending KYC verification or additional security checks. Active bonus balances require all wagering requirements to be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
- All withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals will not be sent to accounts other than those used for deposits.
- Players with active bonus balances must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus amounts or bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
- tk669 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits per transaction, per day or per week, and to adjust these limits at any time with or without prior notice.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
tk669 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is active. Where any specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Bonuses credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in the relevant promotional terms. tk669 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirement process.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device and per payment method. Claiming a welcome bonus on a second account constitutes fraud.
- tk669 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting or any activity designed to exploit promotional offers.
- Bonuses are available to players located in Bangladesh only, unless the relevant promotion explicitly states otherwise.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk669 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with tk669 support.
- Using any automated software, bot, scraper, data harvesting tool or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human players.
- Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, manipulate odds, or defraud the Platform or other players.
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
- Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to access and use your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the tk669 platform — including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, software and audio or video clips — is the property of tk669 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any Platform material without the express prior written consent of tk669.
The tk669 name, logo and all associated marks are trademarks of tk669. You are not granted any right or licence to use any tk669 trademark, logo or brand feature without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of tk669 intellectual property may result in legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk669 and its directors, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the tk669 platform or any content, services or features available through it.
tk669 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, network issues and third-party service outages are outside tk669's reasonable control. tk669 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of any unplanned outage.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
tk669 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the registered payment method.
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct, duplicate account creation or provision of false information.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any illegal purpose.
- A player's voluntary request to close their account, including requests made under the tk669 self-exclusion programme.
